ADAPTIVE FIELD TARP

The Raven-AT was developed around a real operational problem: anti-poaching rangers working for extended periods in remote environments often have to carry multiple pieces of equipment to cover basic field requirements.

The Raven-AT was designed to consolidate those requirements into one lightweight, adaptable system.

At its core, the Raven-AT is an Adaptive Field Tarp engineered to transition between six distinct functions as the environment, mission or situation changes:

• FIELD TARP — Rapidly configurable weather protection with multiple pitching options for different terrain and conditions.
• CASUALTY EXTRACTION — Reinforced construction and dedicated high-strength straps allow the Raven-AT to be configured to assist with emergency casualty movement.
• OBSERVATION SCREEN — Provides visual concealment for observation positions, surveillance, wildlife monitoring and field operations, with integrated vegetation loops for adding natural camouflage.
• RAIN PONCHO — Converts into wearable protection when weather becomes the priority.
• SLEEPING BAG COVER — Can be configured as a low-profile protective cover when paired with an appropriate sleeping bag or insulation layer.
• WATER COLLECTION — Can be configured as a surface for collecting rainwater in remote environments.

 

Its construction incorporates reinforced load-bearing points, high-strength webbing, integrated tensioning hardware, vegetation loops, sleeve loops and a complete field setup kit including cordage, elastic lines, stakes and tensioners.

Originally developed for anti-poaching and conservation operations, the Raven-AT has applications far beyond its original mission. Its adaptable design is suited to military and law-enforcement personnel, search and rescue teams, conservation professionals, expedition teams, photographers and serious backcountry users operating where equipment needs to remain lightweight, dependable and versatile.
